Two pages about your own operation.
Tell us what you run and what gets rebuilt by hand. We read it, write a short analysis against it, and come back to you ourselves. No call to sit through and nothing to sign into.
What the two pages cover
Where the week actually goes
The recurring work - the reports, the re-keying, the Monday morning spent assembling numbers before anybody can discuss them. Named, and put in order of how much of the week it costs.
What you already pay for
Most of what operators ask to have built is sitting switched off in software they already own. Where we can see that from the outside, we say so, because it is the cheapest thing on the list.
What we would start with
Two things, with what each one would take and what has to be true for it to work. Not a roadmap - the first two moves, so you can judge the thinking rather than the enthusiasm.
It is written by a person rather than generated, so we put it together and follow up when it is done. If you would rather answer eight questions and get a read on your own, the readiness check is the faster door. If you already know what needs building, say so directly.
