What an AI workshop costs.
A seat in a public four-hour workshop is $175 per person. The replay of a past session is $75. A private date for your own team, virtual or in person, is priced after a short call, because it depends on headcount and travel.
Those are the real numbers. Nobody else in this corner of the market publishes theirs, which is exactly why you had to search for this page.
Every way to buy
Workshop seat
Most people start hereFour hours, live and virtual, capped at twelve people so everyone can actually ask something.
We work on your own numbers rather than a case study about somebody else's restaurant. You leave with the things your team built during the session, not a slide deck.
Book a seatReplay
The recording of a past workshop, for someone who could not make the date.
You get the session itself. What you do not get is the room, which is where most of the value in a workshop actually sits. Worth it if the alternative is nothing.
See the libraryYour team only
The same four hours, run for one restaurant or one group, on a date that suits your schedule.
Virtual keeps it cheaper. If you want everyone in one room I travel, and we work out what that costs before anything is booked.
Ask about a private dateOngoing time
For groups who want to keep going after the workshop rather than hope it sticks.
We work through it together: what changes, who owns it, and what good looks like when I am not there. Priced on the time, not on a deliverable.
Talk about time togetherWork out your number
Almost nobody sends one person, so the figure that matters is not $175. Put your headcount in and see the whole thing.

- Private team datePriced after a call
That’s the whole number. No licence, no per-person fee afterwards, and nothing renews.
What you are actually comparing it to
The honest comparison is not another workshop, because there are very few. It is one of three things: a free guide, your software vendor’s own training, or a consultant.
The free guides are genuinely useful and you should read them. What they cannot do is look at your food cost and tell you which item moved. Your vendor’s training is also free and also good, with one limit: it only ever covers their product. If you run a POS from one company, scheduling from another and invoices in a third, nobody is teaching you the part where those three do not talk to each other.
A consultant will happily work across all of it, and bills by the hour to do so. This sits in between on purpose.
What is not included
No software licence, because you almost certainly do not need one. No certificate, because nobody in a restaurant has ever been asked for one. No ongoing support attached to a seat, which is deliberate. If you want someone to keep showing up after the workshop, that is the ongoing time above and it is priced separately rather than bundled in and quietly charged for.

Questions people actually ask
- Why is the price on the page at all?
- Because you are trying to work out whether this is a $200 decision or a $20,000 one, and making you fill in a form to find out wastes your afternoon and mine. If the number does not work for you, better that you know now.
- Is there a discount for sending several people?
- Talk to me. A team booking is a different conversation than a single seat, and it is usually cheaper per person than the list price.
- What if my team is not technical?
- That is the normal case and the session is built for it. Nobody needs to write anything or install anything. If your team can use the scheduling tool you already pay for, they can keep up.
- Do we need to buy new software?
- Almost never. Most restaurants are already paying for more AI than their team uses, sitting inside the POS, the scheduling tool and the ordering platform. Finding it is usually the first hour.
- What does the private date actually cost?
- It depends on how many people, whether it is virtual or in person, and how far I am travelling. Virtual dates for a single group start meaningfully below what the same number of individual seats would cost. Ask and I will give you a real number, not a range.
- What happens if it does not help?
- Tell me and I will say so honestly. I would rather lose a booking on a call than take money for a session that was never going to fit your operation.
